Here you will see some of the events that we organised a few years ago, both locally and further afield.

Unspinning the Truth: -

LEEDS: The West Yorkshire Truth Campaign held two free film showings with David Shayler and Annie Machon (who graciously attended to present these). On Wednesday 20th September we showed a film called ‘Short Changed’, the first British film on 9/11 truth.

And on Tuesday 17th October this was followed up with a showing of both ‘Mind the Gap’ and ‘Ludicrous Diversion’ – two recently released films covering the 7/7 bombings in London. Thanks to everyone who came along and made the evenings go so well and for all of the useful feedback.

SKIPTON: Thanks to everyone who attended the film showing of ‘Short Changed’ on Thursday 19th October 2006. The night went really well. It was just a shame that we couldn’t fit everyone in.

9/11 Truth Campaign in London 2006: -

On the 5th Anniversary of 9/11 a campaign was held in London outside the US Embassy and the BBC and was attended by some of the team from the West Yorkshire Truth Campaign and 9/11 Truth Skipton… the purpose? To demonstrate for truth and make people aware of some facts!

Manchester Stop The War Demo 2006: -

On Saturday 23rd September 2006, a ‘Stop the War’ demonstration was held in Manchester. A team of 9/11 truth activists joined in the activity to raise awareness of the FACTS (and lack thereof) concerning the event which it is claimed is sending our country men to die and kill.

‘Last Man Out’ Talk in Skipton: -

9/11 Survivor William Rodriguez came to Skipton to speak publicly on the issue on Thursday November 30th at the Narrow Boat pub.

William Rodriguez – Last Man Out UK Tour: -

On 14th February, 9/11 survivor William Rodriguez came back to Skipton, traveled to Leeds to give an interview on BBC’s Look North program and later held a lecture at a packed out Carlisle Business Centre in Bradford. Approximately 250 people were in attendance.

This event was promoted on Islam Radio featuring local 9/11 Truth activists Joseph Skelton and Riaz Ahmed

Leeds Truth Festival: 11th to 13th May 2007: -

Covering 9/11 truth and broader areas of study (Chemtrails, Bilderberg news).  The local supporters also hosted the Annual General Meeting of the 9/11 Truth Campaign (Britain & Ireland).

Leeds, Sunday 09th September 2007.

Thanks again to everyone that helped out.

The demonstrations marked the sixth anniversary of 911 the following Tuesday.

The weekend of campaigning concluded on Sunday evening with a talk in Leeds by former Congresswoman and US Presidential Candidate Cynthia McKinney (she is the one in the middle in case you didn’t figure it out!).

Then on the Tuesday, 11th Sept 2007 we went to London to help out there also.  More pics and video can be seen here.
